paid over $400 ($600 if including the hair I bought that she ruined) in cash for a color and extension service at this salon, and the stylist completely ruined my hair. The initial color did not match the extensions at all and turned out yellow. When I went back to have her fix it, she was too lazy to take the extensions out to redo my whole head. Instead, she only bleached the top part of my natural hair (the leave-out) to try and force a match, completely frying it off.Most of my hair has now fallen out from the severe over-processing, leaving me with incredibly thin hair. To make matters worse, the extensions she was supposed to fix fell out completely within 24 hours. This was her second failed attempt to fix her own mistakes. My hair is so badly damaged that a new professional stylist cannot even touch it until the end of August to let my scalp heal.When I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to fix this mess, she insulted me by offering a mere $50 back on a $400+ ( $600 including the hair I bought that she ruined) cash service. She then gaslit me, falsely claiming that I "damaged the extensions myself just to get a refund"—as if anyone would intentionally destroy their own natural hair and cause it to fall out on purpose.When I tried to escalate the issue, the salon gave me the runaround, hung up on me, and told me to deal with her directly. The stylist claimed she was her own manager and blocked my phone number completely to avoid accountability. She even previously posted a TikTok mocking clients who ask for a manager, spinning around behind the desk.She also bragged to me while doing my hair about how her husband relentlessly harassed a past client until a bad review was taken down. Do not send your friends or family to intimidate me. I will not be bullied into silence. Save your money, your scalp, and your hair. Avoid this salon at all costs.
I am very picky with my hair and Lexee did a fabulous job! It's perfectly even and exactly what I asked for. I will definitely go back to her
